Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status under My Account.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We try our best to show true colours; slight variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

No. Items bought on sale are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Full-price items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery — see Shipping & Returns.
